Online redemption is also available through the Zenless Zone Zero code redemption website. To access your rewards, you need to select the correct server and log in on the website. A working UID for Zenless Zone Zero is also required. If you have never logged into Zenless Zone Zero using your Hoyoverse account, the process will not be successful.
